On Tuesday, October 2, the Cologne Game Lab welcomes Juan Pablo Zaramella, an internationally renowned stop-motion animator from Argentina. His talk will provide an overview of the history of stop-motion animation filled with fascinating insights from one of its most accomplished exponents. Before the talk we will have a screening of some of his short films.
Since Wednesday is a holiday, Juan’s screening and lecture will take place on Tuesday, October 2 starting at 5:30 pm — in the auditorium, as usual.
Juan’s work has been awarded prizes all over the world. “Luminaris,” his most successful short, broke the Guiness world record for “Most awards won by a short film” earlier this year (http://www.guinnessworldrecords.com/world-records/most-awards-won-by-a-short-film).
